Scarlett Johansson
Scarlett Johansson voit le jour le 22 novembre 1984, à New York. Elle débute sa carrière à 8 ans à peine dans Sophistry aux côtés d'Ethan Hawke.
C'est à l'âge de dix ans qu'elle incarne une petite fille amputée de la jambe à la suite d'une chute de cheval dans L'homme qui murmurait aux oreilles des chevaux de Robert Redford. The Hollywood Reporter lui attribue le 'Young Star Award'.
Elle joue une apprentie pianiste, dans The Barber, l'homme qui n'était pas là, des frères Coen. Elle est une adolescente provocante dans Ghost world (2002) et joue enfin Lost in translation. (2003) Ce dernier personnage lui vaudra une nomination à l'Oscar de la meilleure actrice.
Dans La jeune fille à la perle, un film signé Peter Webber, Scarlett Johansson interprète une domestique avec qui le peintre hollandais Johannes Vermeer va tisser des liens particuliers. La jeune femme a également tourné The Perfect score, de Brian Robbins.
